Welcome to youcantech.org (the "Site"), operated by You Can Tech ("YouCanTech," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About YouCanTech
YouCanTech is a nonprofit organization that provides STEM education programs, including LEGO robotics and coding adventures, for children ages 6-14. Our programs are offered at schools, community centers, and virtually.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or a legal guardian) to create an account or enroll a child.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Program Enrollment & Payment
Program enrollment is subject to availability. Some programs are offered at no cost; availability and pricing are at YouCanTech's sole discretion.
We accept the following forms of payment:
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in US dollars.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for program enrollments or event registrations. For full details, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Equipment Loans & Replacement Fees
Certain programs include loaned equipment that must be returned in good condition at the end of the program. Participants are responsible for the cost of replacing any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment. Current replacement costs are:
- LEGO Robotics Kit — $300
- Tablet — $150
- Laptop — $300
Replacement costs may change. The current amount will be communicated at the time of program enrollment.

If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing at thad@youcantech.org prior to the start of the program. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
