Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing You Can Tech ("YouCanTech"). Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through YouCanTech are final. No refunds will be issued for program enrollments, event registrations, or any other payments made through our Site.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.
2. Program Cancellation by YouCanTech
If YouCanTech cancels a program for any reason (insufficient enrollment, weather, venue issues, etc.), enrolled families will receive a full refund or may be offered the option to transfer their enrollment to a future program.
3. Equipment Return
All loaned equipment (LEGO robotics kits, tablets, laptops) must be returned in the condition it was provided at the end of the program. Failure to return equipment or returning damaged equipment may result in replacement charges as outlined in our Terms of Service.
4. Free Programs
Programs offered at no cost do not involve a financial transaction and are therefore not subject to this policy. Participants may withdraw from free programs at any time.
