- Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you create an account or sign in via Google OAuth.
- Child Information: Your child's first name, age/grade, and any relevant notes you provide when enrolling in a program. We do not collect information directly from children under 13 — all information is provided by a parent or guardian.
- Payment Information: When you make a payment, your payment details (credit card, billing address) are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. or another similar service we may use. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. We retain only a transaction reference ID and payment status.
- Communications: Phone numbers provided for SMS session reminders and session summaries, sent via Twilio.
Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data, including pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data uses cookies — see our Cookie Policy section below.
- Log Data: Our servers automatically record your IP address, browser type, and referring URL when you visit the Site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate and administer our STEM education programs
- Process event enrollment and payments
